As the Christmas and New Year holidays approach, we would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support and trust. To ensure you are well-informed about shipping arrangements during this period and can plan your purchases accordingly, please note the following updates.
1. Shipping Service Suspension Period
Due to the holiday season, certain logistics services will be temporarily suspended during the following period:
USA warehouse:
12/24/2025 The office is open as usual, but the trucking company / SE is closed. No truck dispatch; small parcels can be shipped out normally.
12/25/2025 Christmas holiday in the U.S. No shipments.
12/26/2025 Trucking company operates with limited pickup; they may or may not come to pick up goods (due to staff holidays). Small parcels can be shipped out normally.
12/31/2025 Trucking company operates with limited pickup; they may or may not come to pick up goods (due to staff holidays). Small parcels can be shipped out normally.
1/1/2026 New Year's holiday in the U.S. No shipments.
1/2/2026 Trucking company operates with limited pickup; they may or may not come to pick up goods (due to staff holidays). Small parcels can be shipped out normally.
EU warehouse:
UPS/DPD: Site services suspended from 2025/12/19~24; 2025/12/31~2026/1/1
DBschenker: 2025/12/19-2026/1/5, Operations suspended after 2025/12/19; delays may occur upon initial flight resumption due to passenger peak periods.
Cargo: 2025/12/23-2026-1-5, Pickups on or after 2025/12/22 are not guaranteed for delivery within the year.
During this time, order pickup, transit, and delivery services may experience delays. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to plan your shopping schedule in advance.
2. Order Processing Guidelines
Recommended Order Deadline: To ensure delivery before the holidays, we recommend placing and paying for your orders by December 22, 2025.
Orders Placed During the Suspension Period: You may still place orders as usual, but they will be processed and shipped in sequence starting from January 2, 2026.
Potential Delays: Please note that following the resumption of services, shipping may still experience short delays due to high post-holiday order volumes. We will strive to process all orders as quickly as possible.
3. Friendly Reminders
Please double-check your shipping address to avoid delivery delays caused by incorrect information.
You may track your order status in real-time via the "My Orders" page. If you have any questions, our customer service team is here to assist.
Considering potential uncertainties such as weather or traffic conditions, we recommend purchasing urgent items ahead of time.
